OUR PROCESS
Discuss the Job
-Is there a time for a job to be completed by

-when do you need a measurement by
Set up a Measurement/Template appointment
-In order to set up a template appointment we need the address of the job/project and your contact information. It takes no more than 1 to 2 days to do a template after requesting for one. The measurement can take anywhere from ten minutes to an hour or two depending on the size of the job. You are able to discuss any certain modifications to the stone when we template or are doing the layout of your project. You can also talk to a sales representative about it prior to template.
Choose a color
-We provide a variety of in stock colors to choose from when making your decision. We have any one of our two showrooms to show you all the options we carry as well as any sinks if needed. We have a team that is more than able to work with you to see which kind of material and color best suits your project!
Discuss any details
-What kind of sink/sinks is needed?
-Any sink or cooktop of your own you would like to use?
-What kind of edge profile for the countertops would best suit your needs?
-Any specific overhangs if not discussed about it prior?
-Do you have any existing countertops that need to be taken out?
Approval of Final Contract
-Once you have locked in on what you want for the whole project we will briefly review all the details then finalize a contract for the job to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Installation appointment
-You let us know what day best suits you for the install that way we can try and work around your schedule and we will set up an install as quick as two to four days after approval of contract. On the day of the installation you’re sales rep will give you an estimated time of arrival as well as you will be informed when installers are making their way to install new countertops. The job may take up to a few hours depending on how the job is but once it’s done you will be able to enjoy your amazing brand new countertops!
